Job Scope

The services are set out as follows, duties include:

  1. Maintain general cleanliness of school compound including cleaning of CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms. This will include sweeping, mopping & clearing of rubbish etc
  2. Arranging/re-arranging furniture for meetings/exams/functions as and when required
  1. Moving heavy objects from point to point
  1. Locking/unlocking classrooms
  1. Operate and maintain basic office equipment & materials if required

Any other task assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.

Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:

Logistics-related work

Cleaning duties

Administrative roles

School-related experience

Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays

  • Rotating shifts and inclusive of 30mins lunch break
  • 6am to 3pm
  • 10am to 7pm

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
