Warehouse Maintenance:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory within the warehouse.
  • Keep track of incoming and outgoing mattress shipments.
  • Safely handle mattresses to prevent damage during storage or transportation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct quality checks on repaired mattresses to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Report any recurring issues or trends in mattress damages for improvement.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent will be recommended.
  • Previous experience in mattress repair or similar handyman roles preferred.
  • Basic sewing skills and familiarity with upholstery tools.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including mattresses, safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
