Finance Assistant
Job Type: 8-months contract
Location: Singapore
Industry: Government / Public Sector
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including creating and maintaining vendor records.
- Process goods receipting transactions and ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve Accounts Payable-related queries.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for AP-related queries, clarifications and audit requirements.
- Perform general administrative and finance-related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Meticulous with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks within stipulated timelines.
- Candidates with relevant administrative or finance experience are encouraged to apply.
