Event Leader – Auditorium Sound Area

Job Description

  • 🎤 Oversee the L1 Auditorium sound system area and keep event operations running smoothly.
  • 🤝 Coordinate with the AV/sound team and event crew on operational needs.
  • 🔊 Monitor the basic AV setup and flag any technical issues when needed.
  • 🎬 Support speakers, event flow, and ad-hoc duties throughout the event.

📍 Occupation Class

Class 2 – Mainly working in malls/outlets

✨ Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • 🎪 Previous event coordination or leadership experience preferred.
  • 🔊 AV/sound system experience strongly preferred.
  • 💬 Good communication and coordination skills.
  • ⚡ Responsible, proactive, and able to handle on-site issues.
  • 🚀 Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

👕 Attire

  • 🖤 Black long pants/trousers.
  • 👟 Black covered shoes.
  • ✨ Neat and presentable appearance.
