Job Summary
Provide professional body massage and brand-specific body treatments to clients while maintaining high service standards and supporting business goals in a luxury spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver body massage and brand-specific body treatments to clients according to company standards
- Provide attentive and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of service areas, equipment, and supplies
- Work effectively in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess professional massage certification recognized by SPF Massage Licensing Department, such as ITEC or CIBTAC
- Demonstrate practical experience as a body therapist with skills in various body therapies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role within a luxury spa

- Attractive basic salary plus service commission and performance incentives
