  • Working Location: Yishun
  • 4334 （perm day $15 per shift or perm night $30 per shift)  
    • Training will be: 5 days work - after probation will allocate to shift 
  • Bonuses: AWS + VB (subject to company performance)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform wafer testing according to process and quality requirements
  • Conduct AOI and visual inspection to identify defects
  • Execute die sorting based on test results and specifications
  • Support wafer dicing operations and ensure proper handling
  • Follow SOPs, quality standards, and cleanroom safety rules
