🏥 Join Our Healthcare Support Team – Sterile Processing Assistant Wanted! 🏥
📍 Location: North-East Region, Singapore
Looking for a stable healthcare role with meaningful work behind the scenes? Join our team and play an important part in ensuring medical instruments and equipment are safely cleaned, sterilized, and ready for patient care.
✨ Responsibilities:
🧤 Follow standard precautions and wear appropriate PPE at all times
🧼 Rinse and prepare used surgical instruments and equipment for cleaning and sterilisation
🔧 Assist in assembling simple instrument sets
📦 Ensure sterilised items are properly stored on designated shelves
🏥 Load and unload medical supplies and equipment from sterilization machines
🧹 Clean and maintain sterilisers and sterile processing equipment
♻️ Handle pathological and general waste according to hospital guidelines
👕 Clear and dispose of dirty laundry according to hospital procedures
✨ Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the department
🚚 Perform pottering duties when required
📋 Carry out any other duties assigned by the department supervisor
🔍 Requirements:
🎓 Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent
🗣 Able to read and write simple English
⏰ Comfortable working rotating shifts
