Data Analyst
S$5300 - 7200 / sebulan
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns and key insights.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards and data visualisations for management and internal stakeholders.
- Collect, clean, validate and organise data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and analyse data from databases.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with different departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, issues and opportunities.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis, forecasting and business performance reporting.
- Continuously improve data processes, reporting workflows and analytical methodologies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation / BI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates who are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred/required based on company hiring requirements.
