Location:Â East
Working Hours:
6-days work week schedule on rotating shift (including PH, Weekend) - shifts between retail hoursÂ
Salary:Â
Up to $2600+ Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at the Information Counter.
- Attend to shoppers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support mall promotions, including redemptions, lucky draws, contests and other campaigns.
- Promote the mall’s loyalty programme/app and assist with member registrations and related enquiries.
- Process complimentary parking, gift voucher redemptions and other customer service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, feedback, redemptions, memberships and inventory.
- Support other customer service and operational duties as assigned.
RequirementÂ
- Minimum GCE N Level / O Level or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of frontline/customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
