As an Event & Sales Coordinator, you'll represent well-known brands at live events and roadshows, engaging the public face-to-face and driving sales/sign-ups for each campaign. It's target-driven, people-facing work — and if you're good at it, your income and progression reflect that directly.
No experience needed. We train you on the sales techniques, product knowledge, and campaign systems from day one.
What You'll Do
- Approach and engage members of the public at live events, roadshows, and promotions
- Pitch and sell client products/services face-to-face, working toward daily and campaign-wide sales targets
- Build genuine rapport quickly — this is relationship-driven sales, not scripted cold-calling
- Track your own performance against targets and adjust your approach with coaching support
- Work with your team to hit shared campaign goals
