Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and review existing housing loan accounts for conversion eligibility
  • Prepare and submit loan conversion cases for credit approval
  • Draft and verify customer loan conversion offer letters
  • Monitor and follow up on approved conversions, including handling any rework of offer letters
  • Conduct interviews with customers regarding loan redemption
  • Support management and department initiatives through ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably within consumer banking
  • Solid understanding of retail banking products, particularly in mortgage financing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively across various stakeholders
  • Competent in Microsoft Office tools, with an aptitude for data handling and analysis
  • Demonstrates teamwork, service excellence, and the ability to work with speed and precision
  • Independent, self-motivated, and resourceful in resolving issues and meeting deadlines
