Job description:
Conduct outbound calls to promote and cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
Recommend suitable banking solutions based on customers' needs.
Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt support.
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies.
Requirements:
Local Diploma or Degree
Prior experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or call centre environments is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and comfortable engaging with customers over the phone.
Motivated to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
