SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE – 3 MONTHS CONTRACT
Salary:
- $3,500 – $4,000/month
Contract Duration: 3 months
Working Hours: 5 days per week
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL.
- Perform daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare account reconciliation reports and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and schedules as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Strong experience in full-set accounting and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in account reconciliation and GL functions.
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Experience working in an MNC environment will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are able to commence on short notice are preferred.
