About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Promoter to promote health supplement products and provide excellent customer service at retail outlets, pharmacies, roadshows, and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate health supplement products to customers.
- Explain product features, ingredients, benefits, and recommended usage.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the Sales Team.
- Maintain product displays and ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Collect customer feedback and market information for reporting purposes.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and roadshows as assigned.
- Comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in retail sales, customer service, health supplements, wellness products, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled.
- Basic digital literacy for sales reporting and communication purposes.
