Salary: Up to $3100+AWS

Working Day: 5 days | Office hours

Location: Macpherson

Key Duties:

  • Manage billing processes, including invoicing, credit notes and payment follow-ups.
  • Post receipts and payments and perform monthly journal entries.
  • Verify supplier pricing and invoices including letters of credit management.
  • Coordinate customs duties, permit declarations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • NITEC in in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
  • Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is highly advantageous.
