Job Responsibilities
* Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative duties.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, resignation and offboarding processes.
* Handle Work Permit / S Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other MOM-related matters.
* Manage construction workers’ records, including levy, security bond, medical examination and insurance matters.
* Prepare monthly payroll, overtime calculations, CPF contributions and leave records.
* Maintain employee attendance, personnel files and HR documentation.
* Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, resignation documents and other HR correspondence.
* Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Employment Act and company HR policies.
* Coordinate workers’ training, courses and relevant construction industry requirements.
* Assist management with general office administration and other HR-related matters.
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
* At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
* Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.
* Familiar with MOM regulations, Work Permit / S Pass procedures, CPF, levy and payroll.
* Able to communicate effectively with local and foreign employees.
* Good command of English; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage for coordination with Mandarin-speaking employees and business partners.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience managing foreign construction workers, MOM matters, payroll, CPF, levy and recruitment will be given priority.
