Job Summary

We are seeking a driven field sales representative to engage prospects, propose tailored investment solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive mutual success. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a dynamic, rewarding career in financial sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of investment products and financial instruments to accurately recommend suitable options to prospects
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects to understand their financial goals and guide their decision-making process
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with diverse clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
  • Create and implement personal branding strategies to attract and generate qualified sales leads
  • Build a passive and sustainable business through effective use of the remuneration package

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective client interactions and presentations
  • Exhibit a proactive, results-driven mindset focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain client-centric relationships using a consultative approach
  • Open to candidates with or without prior financial sector experience; comprehensive training will be provided
