✨ Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Drive sales and achieve individual/store sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Demonstrate products and share beauty/product knowledge.
- Maintain excellent counter presentation and merchandising standards.
- Handle daily retail operations, stock replenishment and inventory.
- Support promotional and brand activities when required.
👩💼 Requirements
- Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or luxury retail preferred.
- Strong passion for beauty and customer service.
- Sales-driven, confident and well-presented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
