📍 Working Details
- Location: Changi Airport
- 🗓️ 6 days/week
- ⏰ Pre-planned shifts of 8–9 hours
- 🔄 Shift work required
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service to passengers at check-in counters and departure gates
- Assist passengers with travel documents, flight information and general enquiries
- Support passengers requiring special assistance and ensure a smooth travel experience
- Perform passenger service system transactions accurately
- Assist with premium lounge operations when required
- Handle passenger requests and provide timely solutions to service-related matters
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Minimum N/O/A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working shifts and in a fast-paced airport environment
