Job Summary

Salary:

  • $2100 - $2400
  • Working Days: 5.5 days

  • Location : Islandwide

Job Description

  • Assist branches in actively migrating transactions to self-service machines, online platforms such as internet banking and mobile apps
  • Study customers’ behaviour when visiting branches
  • Identify customers’ needs at the point of entry and capture customers’ behaviour by completing a checklist
  • Comfortable standing for long hours

Requirements

  • Minimum O Level
  • Comfortable with standing for long hours
  • Able to commit until 31 December 2026
