We are looking for Full-time Clinic Assistant/Senior Clinic Assistants for our My Family Clinic branch:

What You'll be Doing
- Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic.
- Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
- Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
- Operate Clinic Management System.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.
What We Are Looking for
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
- Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
My Family Clinic is a subsidiary of Alliance Healthcare Group and as of today, we have 16 Clinic locations island-wide.
