We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our Singapore retail team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage warmly with customers to understand their preferences and needs, providing expert advice on LUAH’s hypoallergenic and life-proof jewelry collections.
- Deliver personalized product presentations, highlighting key features such as durability, sustainability, and design innovation to enhance customer appreciation and sales conversion.
- Achieve individual sales targets and actively contribute to overall store performance and team goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LUAH’s products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable checkout experience.
- Proactively support inventory management by ensuring efficient stock replenishment, organization, and adherence to loss prevention protocols.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining attractive, clean, and well-organized product displays consistent with LUAH’s brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to uphold LUAH’s reputation for excellence.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and community activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the jewelry or fashion industries.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage to serve a diverse clientele
- Enthusiastic about learning product knowledge and developing sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- A proactive, team-player attitude aligned with LUAH’s values of sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity.
