Team Members at Chick-fil-A Singapore play vital roles in front-of-house or back-of-house, delivering great tasting food, genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service in a clean and safe environment.
Supervise assigned shifts and team members, ensuring consistent guest service, food quality, safety, cleanliness, productivity and compliance with operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Team Members during assigned shifts.
- Deploy team members effectively according to business volume and operational requirements.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, order accuracy and speed of service.
- Ensure food preparation, holding, portioning and presentation meet required standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety throughout the shift.
- Support opening and closing procedures and ensure shift checklists are completed.
- Coach Team Members and provide on-the-job guidance and feedback.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, wastage and basic inventory controls.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate significant issues to management.
- Complete required shift records, reports and operational checks.
- Support both FOH and BOH operations as reasonably required.
- Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and Singapore laws and regulations.
