PART-TIME TRAINING FACILITATOR - Earn up to $15.41/hr 💰 | 3-Month Contract 📅 | Flexible Shifts ⏰
We are looking for an engaging and confident Part-Time Training Facilitator to conduct interactive training programmes, workshops and learning sessions. If you enjoy it, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Training Facilitator, you will guide participants through learning activities, encourage discussions and ensure each training session runs smoothly. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training programmes, workshops and learning events.
- Facilitate learning activities and group discussions while encouraging participation and respecting diverse opinions.
- Monitor and track participant engagement throughout training sessions.
- Administer assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and relevant managers.
- Communicate participant progress, engagement and assessment updates to relevant stakeholder
Requirements - Diploma or accredited qualification in a relevant field.
- Completion of a recognised facilitator programme will be an advantage.
- 1–2 years of relevant facilitation experience is required.
- Ability to create relevant and engaging learning content.
- Able to lead and moderate discussions related to learning materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Respectful, adaptable and professional.
Working Days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Available Shifts:
AM Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
MN Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay & Commitment
AM/PM Rate: $12.41/hour
MN Rate: $15.41/hour
