Working Hours: 6 Days work week, Rotating Shift
Basic Salary: $2500/mth
Allowance + OT: $200 - $500/mth
Duties:
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures and issue boarding passes
- Verify travel documents such as passports, visas, and tickets
- Handle baggage check-in and ensure compliance with airline policies
- Conduct boarding gate duties including announcements and passenger verification
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs (elderly, wheelchair users, families with children)
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Coordinate with airline staff and airport authorities to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with airport safety and security procedures
Requirements
- At least 1 -2 years of work experience in a customer service / hotel / lounge related industry
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
- Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Able to work Rotating shift , Weekends, and Public holidays
