We are looking for confident, responsible and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our team for an exciting fashion retail pop-up at Takashimaya, Orchard.
If you have experience selling winter wear, jackets, outerwear, apparel or premium fashion, we’d love to hear from you!
📍 Location: Takashimaya, Orchard
📅 Assignment Periods:
- 29 September – 29 October
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Provide personalised product recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences
- Assist customers with fashion, outerwear and winter-wear selections
- Share product features, materials, sizing and styling information confidently
- Support sales activities and work towards achieving daily sales goals
- Maintain a neat, organised and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory and general retail operations
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the shopping experience
👗 Who We’re Looking For
- Fashion retail, apparel or winter-wear experience is highly preferred
- Candidates with experience selling jackets, coats, outerwear or premium fashion are encouraged to apply
- Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a professional and presentable appearance
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong commitment to the assigned period is essential
- Candidates who can commit to the full assignment period will be prioritised
