Key Responsibilities
- Security Surveillance and Response: Responsible to monitor security operations and patrol resort properties and critical installations, respond to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.
- Operational Support: Support the security operations center by responding to emergencies and providing real-time updates.
- Customer Service and Professionalism: Responsible to maintain a professional demeanour, deliver good customer service and provide assistance in accordance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.
- Access Control and Enforcement: Responsible to manage casino entry and exit points and verify identification eligibility in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance: Responsible to ensure compliance with governmental legislation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Additional Duties: Responsible to escort or carry valuables as required, high-value items, and documentation and perform other tasks within the resort as directed by management.
Requirements
- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
- Minimum GCE `N' level or an equivalent qualification.
- Ensure and maintain customer service standards & uphold professionalism.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) license.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
