⢠8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am, 42 hrs /4 days per week

đ§ Key Responsibilities
⢠Lead and supervise a team of Production Operators and Manufacturing Associates
⢠Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
⢠Monitor productivity, output, and manufacturing performance
⢠Troubleshoot production and assembly issues to minimize downtime
⢠Conduct training, coaching, and performance monitoring for team members
⢠Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO procedures, and work instructions
⢠Prepare production reports and communicate operational updates
⢠Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process enhancement initiatives
⢠Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Production teams
â Requirements
⢠Minimum 2â3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Lead, Production Team Lead, Production Supervisor, Line Leader, or Assembly Supervisor
⢠Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), PCBA, Server Assembly, Data Center Equipment, Precision Engineering, or High-Tech Manufacturing preferred
⢠Able to manage manpower, production schedules, and operational targets
⢠Familiar with manufacturing KPIs, productivity, quality control, and safety standards
⢠Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
⢠Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
⢠Able to work rotating shifts
