- Welcome customers and provide a great shopping experience
- Recommend books, stationery & products based on customer needs
- Handle cashiering, payments & transactions accurately
- Support sales activities and achieve store targets
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays
- Assist with inventory checks and daily store operations
- Keep the store clean, organized & welcoming

✔ Customer-focused and friendly personality
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Responsible, proactive & a strong team player
✔ Retail/cashier experience is a plus, but not required
