Job scope
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Process and record supplier invoices
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Review, process and reimburse staff expense claims
• Issue customer invoices and perform AR clearing/reconciliation
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or is equivalent is necessary.
- Minimum1 - 2 years working experience is accounting field is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, anPowerPoint is compulsory.
