Key responsibilities include:
- Creation of job order for customer incoming and outcoming.
- Coordination with customer & trucker for container trucking.
- Creating Orders to prepare and maintain delivery order (DO) goods received noted (GRN) Invoices and shipping documents.
- Process customer orders and update system transaction accurately and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Ensure all warehouse documents are properly filed and archive to maintain correctly.
- Monitor inbound and outbound orders and coordinate promptly with customers and transporters.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and transporters on shipment schedule.
- Verify receiving and shipping documents against physical goods.
- Perform stock count and cycle count sheet.
- Update stock movements for inbound and outbound transactions.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS system.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and investigate inventory variances.
- Prepare correct customers warehouse service billing and maintaining the data correctly.
- Closing, Subcon & Billing and maintaining the data.
- Generate weekly, bi-weekly and monthly inventory and operations report.
- Monitor KPI’s and warehouse performance report
- Prepare report for management reviews
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or order processing.
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with WMS / TMS for order management and invoicing.
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
- Experience with documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Words.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order and inventory processing.
- Knowledge of documentation, including ASN/DN/DO, SI /INV / AWB and other regulatory documents.
- Working hours- Mon – Fri (0800 hrs to 1700 hrs). Sat – (0800hrs to 1200 hrs)
