Role - Wok Chef
6 Days work week, 10am to 10pm (2 hours break)
Location: Far East Square (near Telok Ayer & Chinatown MRT)
Gross salary up to $3.8k!

Job Description
- Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine, particularly Sichuan-style dishes, according to standardized recipes (SOPs).
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Operate the wok station efficiently during service while maintaining speed and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with kitchen hygiene standards.
- Comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety regulations and company food safety procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wok Chef in a Chinese restaurant.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Singapore WSQ Food Safety Level 1 or equivalent).
- Experience in Sichuan cuisine will be an advantage.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and a good team player.
- Must be able to read Chinese menu and communicate with Chinese Head Chef
