PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit Customer Service - Operations Supervisor. Be the friendly face of Singapore’s transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.
Working Hours / Location:
- Working Days: Mondays to Fridays
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.30pm
- With attractive Allowances + Incentives!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations, staff deployment, manpower management, and enquiries
- Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and site guidelines
- Verify reports, refund applications, and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to operational and financial SOPs
- Manage cash collections, banking, and reconciliation processes
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE A levels or Diploma in any discipline with minimally 3 years of supervisory experience
- Good team player who possesses a cheerful and positive attitude
- Meticulous with details, with good interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends, PH and night when required
