SB Reserve Pte Ltd is looking for a personable and service-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team.
If you have a strong passion for wine, hospitality and guest service, and enjoy connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you!
📌 What You'll Do
- Assist with the daily operations and ensure smooth service
- Provide knowledgeable and professional wine service to guests
- Build rapport with guests and create a warm, engaging dining experience
- Maintain high standards of service and hospitality
- Support and coordinate daily activities with the team
- Handle administrative duties, documentation and operational tasks
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel and cloud-based applications for administrative work
- Assist with inventory, records and other duties as required
- Support the Manager with the overall operations of the establishment
👤 What We're Looking For
- Wine knowledge and wine service experience is a MUST
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Personable and confident, with the ability to engage guests and hold meaningful conversations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and cloud-based applications
- Experience in a fine dining or premium hospitality setting is an advantage
- Well-organised, responsible and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality
