We're looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Service Staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy meeting people, and are eager to learn and grow in the F&B industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks according to service standards
  • Recommend menu items and assist with customer enquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred
  • Fine dining experience is an advantage
  • Wine knowledge or wine service experience is a bonus
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a passion for hospitality
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
