Job Responsibilities
- Provide connectivity and excellent service to all internal and external guests during tour.
- Ensure area of responsibility is well-managed, and the overall operations is well-coordinated and smooth.
- Ensure that operating priorities of safety, courtesy and efficiency are followed at all guest contact point.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
- At least 2 years' experience in driving buses, ideally in a transport industry.
- Possess a Class 4 driving license and vocational license with clean driving records.
- Team Player.
- Good communication skills and comfortable in frontline position.
- Able to work rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays, and overnight duties.
- Fluent in English and another language would be preferred to liaise with multilingual associates.
- Be customer and tourist-centric.
