About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Jewellery Sales Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, have an interest in jewellery and gemstones, and are available to work on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with jewellery, gemstone, and antique jewellery enquiries and sales.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Assist with stock handling and general showroom operations.
Requirements
- Available to work a minimum of 2 days a week, including weekend shifts when needed.
- Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Interest in jewellery, gemstones, antiques, or luxury goods is a plus.
Remuneration
- $15/hour basic pay (exclusive of commissions).
- After one month of employment, employees will be eligible for a 1% commission on personally generated sales, subject to performance, attendance, hours worked, and demonstrated sales ability.
- Training provided.
Growth Opportunities
Strong performers may be considered for increased hourly pay, additional allowances, and future senior or supervisory positions.
