Raise provides contingent recruitment and onsite program management for global manufacturers by pairing smart systems with people-first service. We are building our Singapore team to support a major semiconductor manufacturer in the East Region.
About the Role
Workforce Experience Executives support contingent workers from day one through contract completion, proactively checking in and resolving issues to ensure worker success and retention.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main contact for contingent workers across their assignment lifecycle.
- Conduct regular check-ins in person, by phone, and via message to boost retention.
- Follow up on worker queries and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Track key milestones like probation, renewals, and performance reviews.
- Partner with Onsite Coordinators and Client Managers to share engagement trends.
- Support redeployment conversations for workers finishing assignments.
- Escalate safety, compliance, or employee relations issues to appropriate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of worker touchpoints and sentiment.
- Assist with high-touch "Day Zero" onboarding activities.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in candidate care, HR coordination, or customer success, ideally with contingent or blue-collar workforces.
- CEI certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong organizational, listening, and follow-through skills.
- Fluent English; conversational Mandarin, Tamil, or Bahasa is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and web applications; SAP Fieldglass & Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Tampines/Upper Changi
