We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead the operations and business performance of Strumm's Holding Pte Ltd across its Singapore and overseas establishments. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive business growth, profitability, operational excellence and service standards while leading the management team and supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations across the Group's establishments, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency and brand standards.
- Drive business growth, profitability and strategic initiatives with the Managing Director.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, financial performance and P&L.
- Lead, coach and develop the management team.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational best practices.
- Manage relationships with landlords, suppliers, business partners and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, employment, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee refurbishments, new business initiatives and operational projects.
- Monitor business performance, manage risks and provide recommendations to the Managing Director.
- Represent the company at business meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 8–10 years' management experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or multi-site operations.
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving business performance.
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
- Hospitality or business qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to travel when required.
