Job Description:
- Serve as the professional face of the law firm, warmly welcoming clients upon arrival.
- Manage confidential and incoming phone calls efficiently, routing enquiries to the correct legal teams or taking precise messages.
- Assist clients to designated consultation rooms and serve refreshments promptly to maintain a highly professional law firm image.
- Keep conference rooms litigation-ready by consistently refilling bottled waters, setting up stationery, and resetting rooms between client consultations.
- Oversee the daily upkeep of the reception area, ensuring pristine cleanliness, optimal lighting, and comfortable air-conditioning temperatures throughout the floor.
Requirements:
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and service-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong telephone etiquette.
- Approachable, personable, and professional demeanour.
- Working location: Havelock Road.
