🕒 Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently over the phone.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate case documentation using CRM systems.
- Refer to internal knowledge bases and guidelines to ensure accurate responses.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and enhancements when required.
- Adapt to changing operational needs and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
