Job Responsibilities
- Assists in organising table seating
- Serve water and refill glasses as and when needed
- Setup, breakdown the restaurant.
- Setup, clear and help maintain tables
- Complete opening and closing side work.
- Possess extensive and correct knowledge of menu and non-menu items, their ingredients.
- Maintain side stations stocked and clean
- Assist in cleaning up spills and table cleanliness
- Ensured the timely delivery of food / beverage orders
- Handle basic customers’ queries
Prerequisite
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated basic skills in greeting customers, presenting menus,
- Taking food orders and expediting them through the kitchen
- Familiar with standard restaurant operations and beverage service
- Ability to demonstrate positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multiple table arrangement simultaneously
- Competent at serving food and attending to the customers’ needs
- Comprehensive knowledge of POS system
- Demonstrated ability to maintain proper condition and sanitation of dining areas and servicing tools
