About the Role
Our client is a well-established visitor attraction in the Marina Bay area, welcoming both local and international guests year-round. They are looking for Attraction Operators to join their frontline operations team and deliver a warm, memorable experience to every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest services and enquiries: Answer visitor questions, act as an ambassador for the attraction, and provide general information about the venue and Singapore.
- Admission and ticketing support: Manage entry points, scan tickets, manage queues, and assist with ticketing or cashiering escalations where needed.
- Crowd and event management: Direct visitor flow, support seasonal programmes and special events, and maintain order in high traffic zones.
- Safety and incident response: Stay alert to safety hazards, support emergency procedures, and respond promptly to guest incidents.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, customer focused approach.
- Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, including in outdoor and semi outdoor areas.
Working Hour:
Required to work at least 3 days a week
8.30am - 9.30pm (6-12 hour rotating shifts)
Salary:
$10/h weekdays, $12/h weekends
