Job Summary
Join Serene Nursing Home as a Staff Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care through clinical procedures and care planning under the guidance of the Home Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical and emotional health needs to develop individualized care plans under the direction of the Home Administrator
- Implement nursing care plans by performing clinical procedures that address patients’ immediate physical and emotional needs
- Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans to ensure optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and support holistic well-being
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from recognized training institutions approved by Singapore Nursing Board
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate
