Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Match suitable candidates to clients’ hiring requirements
  • Manage temporary, contract and permanent placements
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment
  • No recruitment experience required—training will be provided
