Location: Changi / Paya Lebar
6 months contract renewable with chance of conversion to perm
Working hours:
- Mon - fri 8am - 6pm
- $2,100 monthly
Job Scope:
- Assist efficient operations of LM tool crib.
- Ensure all equipment/tool are send out for calibration or repair and update accordingly after equipment/tool are calibrated and repaired.
- Assist replenishing damaged or lost equipment/tool.
- Ensure all loaned equipment/tool and vehicle are clean and serviceable before accepting.
- Ensure transfer of loan equipment/tool and vehicle required for transition of shifts.
- Ensure POL cabinets/fridge are well maintained and locked at all times.
- Issue and receive equipment/tools and vehicles.
- Download outstanding tool report before shift end and update Duty Manager.
- Ensure LM tool crib is clean and tidy.
- Maintain serviceability of all LM work stands.
- Ensure Missing/Lost Items Report form are submitted for administration and filing.
- Fully conversant on tool management system.
- Ad-hoc ferry service of Maintenance Staff and storekeeper
- other duties as assigned by Tool Crib Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in rotating shift
- Able to withstand hot environment
