📌 Job Title: Customer Service Officer
💰 Salary: Basic salary up to $3,200
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
📍 Location: Jurong East
📝 Job Description:
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, confirmations, and customer purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate work orders, service agreements, maintenance contract renewals, and documentation with relevant departments.
- Manage customer accounts, including payment follow-ups, vendor registration, customer portal setup, and communication link applications.
- Prepare sales reports, quotation summaries, basic security layout designs, and other sales-related documentation.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, customer engagement, and support for marketing and business development activities.
✅ Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration, or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant Sales Support, Sales Administration, or Customer Service experience.
- Experience in the industrial products, engineering, or building services industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong administrative, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
