Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator (Multi-Location)
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive professional to support daily office operations while delivering a welcoming and positive experience for visitors.
This role combines front-desk responsibilities with facilities and administrative support across multiple office locations.

Multiple office locations (deployment based on schedule)
ā° Working Hours
Monday to Friday
ā¢ 8:30 AM ā 5:30 PM or
ā¢ 9:00 AM ā 6:00 PM
(1-hour unpaid break)

š Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Office Support
ā¢ Support daily facilities operations across office locations
ā¢ Coordinate with vendors
ā¢ Track and follow up on facilities-related matters
ā¢ Provide administrative and operational support as needed
Reception & Front Desk
ā¢ Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach
ā¢ Manage incoming calls and enquiries
ā¢ Maintain a clean and organized reception area
ā¢ Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
ā¢ Handle mail, couriers, and parcel distribution
ā
Requirements
ā¢ āNā Level qualification or higher
ā¢ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
ā¢ Professional, service-oriented attitude
ā¢ Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
ā¢ Good communication skills
ā¢ Willing to travel between locations when required
