💰 Salary: $1,800 – $2,600 per month
📍 Location: Upper Thomson
🕐 Working Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm
📅 Work Schedule: 4 days work, 3 days off (based on roster)
🌙 No overnight shifts
📌 Must be able to work weekends and Public Holidays based on roster
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals according to residents' dietary requirements and Dietitian's recommendations.
- Prepare appropriate food textures according to residents' needs, including IDDSI requirements.
- Heat, portion and serve meals while maintaining food quality and safety.
- Attend to residents' meal requests and communicate with them regarding food preferences and dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in accordance with food safety requirements.
- Ensure proper food handling, preparation and storage practices.
- Assist with basic physiological monitoring of residents when required.
- Support colleagues with residents' non-toileting activities of daily living when required.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and audits.
- Follow infection control, food safety and healthcare procedures.
- Wear N95 and/or PPE when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary / GCE 'N' Level / ITE NITEC.
- WSQ Food Safety certification or relevant qualification.
- WSQ Diploma in Food Services (Culinary Arts) or relevant culinary qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B / culinary experience.
- Experience with special diets or texture-modified meals is advantageous.
- Basic IT and good communication skills.
- Able to work 12-hour day shifts (7am–7pm), including weekends & PH based on roster.
- Able to comply with food hygiene, infection control and PPE requirements.
