Our Client
- Healthcare provider
- 44 Hours Per Week, Rostered Rotating Shift
- Various Location: Kovan / Yishun / Tampines
- Basic UP $3000 + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and maintain medical records accurately.
- Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures.
- Handle basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic and equipment.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and stationery.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information.
- Support other clinic staff in daily operations as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- 1 Year of clinic assistant experience
